Wiltipoll rams to $2400 at Mount Pleasant offering

The second annual South Australian Wiltipoll combined breeders sale at Mount Pleasant showgrounds achieved higher ram and ewe averages than the first sale and attracted bidding from four states.

There was strong stud and commercial enquiry for the 80 rams and ewes from eight different vendors, achieving an 81 percent clearance.

The combination of a better season and an improved line-up of Wiltipoll full shedders produced greater interest.
